I'm not a jewellery type of girl, but I do try and wear some whenever I can. At the moment I have a few necklaces and bracelets which I thought I would share with you.
This bracelet is one my parents brought home for me from France. I think it would be a really cute anklet too. It has lots of blue beads and a cord to tie it.
This is my Chamilia bracelet, which I did a whole post on here.
These are my shorter necklaces. I love my birdcage necklace (far right), but I always struggle to find something to match it. It may be featured in a post soon so keep an eye out for that.
My big gold wire necklace is from New Look. I'm still unsure if I like it or not, I don't think I'm daring enough to wear statement necklaces. What do you think of it?
I then have my smaller gold wire necklace from H&M. I used to wear this constantly but it started rubbing my neck, which is understandable when it was around £2.
These are my two long necklaces. My gold feather necklace is from Accessorize and was around £8. This was my first one I bought and I have got quite a bit of use out of it. It's bendable too which I like.
The second feather necklace was from my sister for Christmas. It was from Pilgrim and a little bit more pricey than the other feather necklace. I love this one a lot too.
My chocker is one a made myself with some black cord and a moon charm. If you're interested in me sending you one, just let me know. It was so easy and I love wearing it.
My gold chain bracelet is from accessorize. I like it because it is very simple and plain.
My turquoise bracelet was a birthday present from my brother. It's a sort of interconnected bangle with pretty flowers hanging off it.
I store all my jewellery on an old heater temperature changer I think. It's just very conveniant as it's right by my door.
Lastly, I'm selling this necklace on Depop, as I think it got sent to me by accident. If you're interested in it, my Depop username is @emsiemily
A bit of a different post from my today, what do you think? Should I do more of these type of posts?

I love the big wire necklace and that moon choker is so precious and dainty! I don't really wear much jewelry but I think I'll have to go and buy a few statement necklaces and dainty lockets soon

I love short necklaces and the one with one chain and "tube" on it is my favorite! It's so simple and easy to wear, but can jazz up any outfit ;)

I loved this blog post on the different collection of statement necklaces. This was particularly appealing to me as I have experimented often on making a statement by accessories.
ReplyDeleteI agree that statement necklaces are hard to wear and comfort has to come first. I too, make necklaces from odds and ends I find on market stalls and broken jewellery boxes are great for having a good rummage in to make unique bracelets and necklaces.
